Our turnaround time is 5 business days, this does not include shipping time. Our turnaround time is strictly the time it takes to make and mail your one-of-a-kind pieces. If you need a rush order, please select the RUSH order service under shipping options at checkout. This option is only available at checkout and cannot be added on afterwards.
