Route offers shipment protection with tracking services and hassle-free solutions for resolving shipment issues for online purchases that are damaged in transit, lost by the carrier, or stolen immediately after the carrier’s proof of delivery. Route is automatically applied to each order. If the customer chooses to remove it from cart, they are declining protection from damage in transit and lost or stolen packages and will assume all responsibility.

Shipping times are calculated from the moment the package leaves our hands and arrives at USPS, to the time it reaches you. The 3-5 business day turnaround time to make your pieces is not a part of the shipping time. Each package ships with a tracking number and will ship with the shipping method you chose at checkout.

All orders are handmade by Halle in Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho and ship from there as well.

Rush means the order will be fulfilled the day the order is placed, if placed before 11AM PST, and ship Express 2nd Day Air. If the order is placed after 11AM PST, the order will be fulfilled the following day. Please choose RUSH + Express shipping as your shipping option at checkout. This cannot be added on after your order is placed.

Sacred & Stone is dedicated to elevated everyday pieces made with non-tarnishing metals. Included with each product is a limited 1 year warranty that includes a free repair should your item become damaged within 12 months of the purchase date.

Short answer, yes. BUT if you would like to keep your pieces looking brand new longer, we suggest taking them off before and putting them back on afterwards.

Clean your jewelry weekly using warm water to wash off any oils that may have accumulated - use a soft cloth to pat dry. Avoid wearing your gold filled jewelry in the ocean or swimming pools, as the salt water and chlorine can cause damage. If you would like to keep your pieces looking brand new longer, we suggest taking them off before showering and putting them back on afterwards.
