Shipping times are calculated from the moment the package leaves our hands and arrives at USPS, to the time it reaches you. The 5 business day turnaround time to make your pieces is not a part of the shipping time. Each package ships with a tracking number and will ship with the shipping method you chose at checkout.

All orders are handmade in Hayden, Idaho and ship from there as well.

Route offers shipment protection with tracking services and hassle-free solutions for resolving shipment issues for online purchases that are damaged in transit, lost by the carrier, or stolen immediately after the carrier’s proof of delivery where Route monitors the shipment. Route is automatically applied to each order. If the customer chooses to remove it from cart, they are declining protection from damage in transit and lost or stolen packages and will assume all responsibility.

Rush means the order will be fulfilled the day the order is placed, if placed before 11AM PST, and ship Express 2nd Day Air. If the order is placed after 11AM PST, the order will be fulfilled the following day. Please choose RUSH + Express shipping as your shipping option at checkout. This cannot be added on after your order is placed.

We offer free shipping for all U.S. orders over $100. The free shipping option is ecomony shipping (5-8 business days). To qualify, your order must total over $100 before taxes and shipping and after any discounts. If you would like to choose a faster shipping service, that will still be available at checkout.

We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstance. Each piece is handmade to order. Please measure and order accordingly to guarantee your correct size. In the case that the size ordered doesn’t fit, we can provide a remake free of charge. The customer is responsible for all additional shipping charges.

In the rare case of faulty jewelry hardware please email contact@sacredandstone.com and we will get a replacement out to you.

We have several bracelets that have customizable options to add a name, initial or hearts. Customizable pieces include: Carolina, Pink Tourmaline, Daisy, Custom Gold + Mixed, Custom Rose and Custom Gold.

If the product doesn’t have a “custom text” box, we do not offer customization on that item.
