Shipping Timeframe

Shipping times are calculated from the moment the package leaves our hands and arrives at USPS, to the time it reaches you. The 3-5 business day turnaround time to make your pieces is not a part of the shipping time. Each package ships with a tracking number. In the rare case of a lost or stolen package, Sacred & Stone will not reimburse you.

Shipping Protection

Route offers shipment protection with tracking services and hassle-free solutions for resolving shipment issues for online purchases that are damaged in transit, lost by the carrier, or stolen immediately after the carrier’s proof of delivery. Route is automatically applied to each order. If the customer chooses to remove it from cart, they are declining protection from damage in transit and lost or stolen packages and will assume all responsibility.
