No Returns, No Exchanges
Due to the personalized made-to-order nature of all our pieces, we under no circumstances can accept returns or exchanges. All measurements are listed in detail in every product listing. Please measure and order accordingly to ensure that we create an item that fits the wearer correctly. All Sacred & Stone products are carefully inspected for excellent quality prior to shipping, and therefore any damage or defect may likely be the result of the carrier(s) delivering our products.
Shipped offers shipment protection with tracking services and hassle-free solutions for resolving shipment issues for online purchases that are damaged in transit, lost by the carrier, or stolen immediately after the carrier’s proof of delivery where Shipped monitors the shipment. Shipped is automatically applied to each order. If the customer chooses to remove it from cart, they are declining protection from damage in transit and lost or stolen packages and will assume all responsibility.
Defect or Damage
If you believe there is a defect that is not a result of the shipping of your products, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a clear image of the product showing such damage/defect and we will gladly create you a replacement piece as soon as possible. In order for your request for a replacement piece to be considered, you must notify us within 5 days of receiving your product.
