Returns / Exchanges
Due to the personalized made-to-order nature of all our pieces, we under no circumstances can accept returns or exchanges. All measurements are listed in detail in every product listing. Please measure and order accordingly to ensure that we create an item that fits the wearer correctly. All Sacred and Stone products are carefully inspected for excellent quality prior to shipping, and therefore any damage or defect may likely be the result of the carrier(s) delivering our products.
If you find that your jewelry has arrived with damage as a result of shipping, we encourage you to file a claim with the shipping service used per your order/shipping requirements. For help or guidance with this process, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we would be happy to assist in any way that we can.
If you believe there is a defect that is not a result of the shipping of your products, please email us at email@example.com with an image of the product showing such damage/defect and we will gladly create you a replacement piece as soon as possible. In order for your request for a replacement piece to be considered, you must notify us within 5 days of receiving your product.
