Our turnaround time is 5-7 business days, this does not include shipping time. Our turnaround time is strictly the time it takes for us to make and mail your one-of-a-kind pieces. If you need a rush order, please select the RUSH order service under shipping options at checkout. This option is only available at checkout and cannot be added on afterwards.
Return Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstance. Each piece is handmade to order. Please measure and order accordingly to guarantee your correct size. In the case that the size ordered doesn’t fit, we can provide a remake free of charge. The customer is responsible for all additional shipping charges.
